Order Processing & Dispatch

At Togsy, we keep things simple and fast. All orders are processed and dispatched within 24 hours (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays). Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be shipped the next working day.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

We only use tracked delivery services to make sure your order arrives safely. Estimated delivery times are:

• UK Standard Tracked Delivery – 2–4 working days

• UK Express Tracked Delivery – 1–2 working days

• International Tracked Delivery – 5–10 working days (depending on location)

Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to courier delays or customs for international orders.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive a tracking number via email to follow your package. If you don’t see it, check your spam/junk folder or contact us at info@togsy.co.uk.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and chosen method.

• Free UK Standard Shipping on orders over £66

• Express shipping available at checkout for an additional cost

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

For international orders, customs, duties, and taxes may apply depending on your country’s regulations. These charges are not included in our shipping fees and must be paid by the customer. Please check with your local customs office for more information.

Lost or Delayed Packages

If your order hasn’t arrived within the estimated timeframe, get in touch and we’ll help resolve the issue.

Please ensure your shipping details are correct before placing your order. We cannot be held responsible for lost or delayed deliveries caused by incorrect information provided at checkout.
